In the Poptropica world, the thing called Phonograph is known as the item that can be found on the top of the roof’s tip of the Greek treasury. It is in the time period of Ancient Greece (Delphi), 328 BC on Time Tangled Island. In order to fix that period of time, you will have to return it to the Edison’s Workshop, 1877.

For those who want to fix that period, here is the walkthrough of it. First of all, you have to open up your time device and choose the image of the soldier wearing the brown full helmet with the red feathers on the top. Then, press the knob and you will be transported to Ancient Greece, 328 B.C. once you are there, you have to move to the right and talk to the second soldier. Please tell him that you have the golden vase. By doing that step, the item named Golden Vase will be removed from the inventory and it will be placed outside of the Treasury in Ancient Greece.
For those who are not familiar with the Treasury, it is the name of the building the two guards are standing in front of. Your wish to repair the time period will be granted. Now, it is time for you to move to the right until you will be able to see another man. Near that man, there should be a vase. When you see it, please jump on it. From that one, you have to jump onto the white statue next to the vase you are standing on. Then, you have to jump on top of the statue and then jump to the top left corner. You have to land on the roof of the Treasury. After that, move around the roof and you should see Edison’s Phonograph. You just have to move to it in order to take it.
From the inventory, you will be able to click on the arrow sign on the phonograph item card in order to listen to the Edison;s actual voice singing Mary Had a Little Lamb. Then, you have to go back to Edison’s Workshop, 1877. Once you are there, please move along to the left until you reach the entrance door to the workshop of the Edison. Once inside the workshop of Edison, you have to move all the way to the left until you cannot go any further. From that place, please hop on to the nearby table and then jump onto the lightbulb line on top.
The next thing that you have to do is to jump up in order to get the long platform above. Afterward, move around until you see the man wearing the red vest. That man is named Thomas Edison. In this case, you have to talk to him and say that you have the phonograph. In the end, the item named “Phonograph” will be transferred from the inventory to the Edison’s possession. Just like that, the time period will be repaired.
