- The jellyfish was called hydromedusa, however, hydromedusa is actually a genus of turtle. The correct term would be hydromedusan jellyfish.
- At the end of the first chapter, the player says, 'I think we're gonna need a bigger lens'. This is most likely a reference to a line the 1975 movie Jaws, 'We're gonna need a bigger boat'.
